I don't think shareholders will suddenly let the company go for $2.70 after deliberately passing over an offer at that price right now. Even less likely if they do vote for change IMO.
Yes, I agree there.
But there is one not-so-small issue, and that is what happens to the share price between next week and when Allensford gain control (if at all), which will be a process that takes several months anyway.
