My Aunties brother on the other side of the family committed suicide today due to depression, so Ive been told.
He hanged himself.
I ahdnt seen him for several years.
he was mid 30's.
Its very sad that a lot of people keep things bottled up inside and life is just so busy these days that we miss the telltale signs of someone in need of help.
I hope he is in a better place.
