Further to today’s announcement, AVQ has specifically identified that the barge acquisition costs WILL be covered from this new funding agreement that is on offer in 90 days from now  which is approx JUNE ‘19
Clearly AVQ will not be in a position honour its market to load ore by AVQ’s stated date 1st shipment at end of this MARCH ‘19 !
Even with a successful Cap Raising at end March, it is impossible to see how AVQ can achieve this shipping date.  
These are the shareholder market expectations that AVQ announces, promotes and then consistently never achieves.
Lets see what the market says after it has had  time to assess both the proposed finance deal and cap raising.
