My guess is that the hold up is  about how to report on the mid-year acquisition. Personally I'd like them to report with and without separately.

Do they look at total revenue of the acquisition, incremental revenue only? I'd only want to see additional revenue over the base business if it was the result of investment on the acquisition. I don't want GMV to "buy" revenue...

Oh yeah - I really want some prospective information on revenue - revenue outlook.

As an aside: Does anyone know over how many months the subscription revenue is recognised? Is it an annual sub, or shorter term than that.
