I almost forgot, tomatoes (cooked and fresh) with basil.
Garlic and onions.
Water, especially during hot weather......like NOW.
Yoghurt though kifir is better for gut health.
Alcohol - forget this altogether. Non-super food.
Don't eat white flour. No cakes, no white bread, no custard tarts, no icecream.
Well, just occasionally. Eat like the super foods and you won't want to eat the non-super foods.
