They have already foreshadowed an announcement on the Debt Consolidation in the next 2 months... I don't think they need or want to raise money.
The fact that they keep giving scrip to ppl at higher than mkt prices seems to show that.
Also worth noting that external parties are happy to take this stock as payment in pretty good size.
