So the complaint you and others have submitted is to the ASX not ASIC or to both?

I would have thought ASX would be more inclined to deal with listing related issues whereas ASIC would, amongst other things, be more inclined to deal with conduct related issues.

It would appear to me, in this case, a matter where the conduct of the directors has led to a delisting. It follows that both regulatory bodies should be involved.  Has anyone on this thread contacted ASIC? If so, do you have a contact email address you could share?
