Mgm - I think your last point about it almost being an American Corporation is a very salient one. Not only will American invgestors wait until it is on the NASDAQ, but a lot of potential Australian investors will probably decide to bypass as they won't want the all the hassles that come with having an overseas shareholding.

Also, I'm not as convinced as other people are that June 4 is going to be such an important date. All that is likely to change is that DKR will be holding shares instead of options. Its unlikley we will be any the wiser as to their ultimate intentions (ie will they sell on market, off market or hold for NASDAQ?).

And the other issue that probably puts buyers off is - lack of any news and the fact that only one of the four purchase orders that was supposedly expected earlier this year has been announced. I know if I was looking at TZL today as a completely new investor with limited knowledge of the company and I was reviewing past announcements I would be put off by the fact that the high volume purchase orders have not been announced as expected and the fact the NASDAQ listing seems to be vying with AAR's Koongie PFS for longest work in progress on the ASX.
