This relentless rise continues to really confuse me. It made sense up until about $25-26 when it was being backed by rising values of NHC/TPG but now its continuing to run up while the strategic stakes are sitting about level (apart from BKW which is at an all time high). I was a big fan of BKW selling down SOL and think that has also indirectly benefited both companies through proving that the blocking stake may be more "in play" than we think and also of course funding the BKW acquisition. I wish I could claim that I knew this would happen when I first starting buying SOL and BKW a little over 2 years ago but I was just looking for solid dividends and the capital gain has completely taken me by surprise!
