This announcement only talks about a dual listing and no IPO. This would mean no capital raising. And therefore nasdaq liquidity would come from ASX share conversions.

Anyway, looks like the market has taken this VS in its stride.

I note the article in stock head today contains many errors. I would post but can't from my mobile. These guys definitely don't like GMV!

In regards to the financials. A couple of things.

Service business makes a small gross profit.
$40k worth of prizmas sold from Israel factory. About 100 to 200 units. Stuff all. would be all online I assume.

Company will still be loss making this calendar year based on our current revenue projections. $21m USD of product sales at 60% margin (conservative) gives a gross profit of $12.6m USD. Operating expenses were $17.1m USD last year. Even if the service revenue increase to our estimate of $8m USD. Not sure this is going to be enough o fill the gap c$4.5m USD.

So the point I am trying to make is the auditors sign off saying GMV can meet all its debts when they are due. Just trying to work out how the company funds the repayment of all Yacovs loans as they are due this year.

Funding may include nasdaq ipo (not sure as per above), refinance with existing or new lender, equity raising or my preference is more purchase orders leading to more free cash flow.

Nice addition to the board. Would like to see someone US or China based.

Also, I note that GMV don't have any investor relations at the moment and they have discontinued the services from TMT analytics. So in my view and I've said this for sometime, GMV will delist from ASX in the medium term.

The waiting game continues.
