PBs an expert in dragging things out....Mostly all hotcopper followers trying to guess why, who, when or where with announcements.
Most would have egg on their face Including myself in predicting over the years when or what will happen...Like the old saying "there's nothing more certain than death and taxes". Excluding our old nemesis.. Meerkat
In PB case there's nothing more certain than missed timelines and clarity. 
TNGs PB imo has the tag of being under delivered with an over paid Director.
Give this another two years ...then wait for a juicy announcement where a sentence is slipped in telling us TNG will be in production 2023. 
PB keeps counting his dollars while we grow old and tired of his usual fumbling comments.
The pointy end of business indeed.
