I received an email back from PLS regarding my question on the option with POSCO and the reply is below
Thank you for your email. As per the Corporate Presentation (February 2019) released to the ASX on 26 February 2019, Pilbara Minerals advises the Board’s decision to exercise its option for the Company’s 30%
participation in the proposed downstream joint venture for a chemical conversion facility with POSCO has been extended to the end of March 2019.
The decision to execute the proposed joint venture chemical project will be subject to the final board approvals from both Pilbara Minerals and POSCO in May 2019.
