and whilst they continue to dump survey capacity on the market it will not make them any money and this is before they feel the full effects of the resi slowdown in Sydney and Melobourne. They are chasing market share and not margin. Given they are cutting their revenue yield in construction and infrastructure with long term contracts they will find it very difficult to get this margin back when demand outstrips supply. They will loose further as wages are volatile in this area and risks are high.
