Apart from all the comments on this thread, one bit of news that was announced late last year was the introduction of a employee share scheme of $750 per eligible employee. It may not sound like much but from years of experience this very gesture, to me, implies confidence in the company's ability to grow and do well. Sometimes it is the little bits new like this that offer an insight into managements confidence in the company. It was not long after this news that got me to buy in. Of course other factors also come into play. Anyway just my simple thoughts.
