Agreed, I thought it was relatively obvious that they have chosen not to drill further because they did not want to increase the value of surrounding tenements which they will inevitably accumulate in the future. 

The key focus appears to be to the project going, get debt free & cash in the bank. Then accumulate all surrounding available land without increasing its  value. Then worry about further proving up the resource that we all speculate is there at depth.

Pays untold amounts to have aces up your sleeve, I'd feel confident that 10 000 tons per year is just a short term goal not the final goal of the company.
