This is a pretty disapointing anouncement. Retail shareholders are the core of this company and we were left out of this share purchase plan. Not only is the 28 cents a large discount but on a fully diluted basis they issues shares at 25.5 cents. (a price i'm sure most retail investors would have purchased at or atleast given us an arbitrage opportunity).
