head2641: VPE should move at least as well as BOW and BOW is surging ahead (when you compare a yearly chart for both Bow and Vpe, you will see a tremendous gap in favour of Bow).
Therefore, "nonic" dream might well come true more or less, i.e. it is not just dreaming that VPE is undervalued!
