It’s a good story with lots of upside. In my opinion it’s fully priced at the moment and there are risks like production delays due to machine breakdown and raw material shortages. ANO have experienced delays in the past.
It’s very hard to forecast the revenue and profit for next year taking into account the price decreases they have implemented to create more demand. I am happy to assume around $8m NPAT but they will have to start paying tax at some point which will be a bit of a headwind. Investors shouldn’t assume a doubling of capacity will instantly lead to a doubling of revenue and production. It’s likely this extra capacity will take some time to fill.
