Agreed Finicky... SPPs don't come free (along with the potential snowball effect of the SPP falling over)... Getting the cash from a bank is IMHO far worse a way to get the money than issuing shares... Save that tin rattling for the $50m expansion... It's just not worth it to go to a bank (what's the mantra of this coy - avoid debt... they are walking the walk...) especially for $3m...
