StatSports got those deals most likely because its cheaper or even offered as a free trial and then marketed as a "partnership".... When StatSport got the £4m injection from Invest NI last year they went on an aggressive bidding spree in order to build up a book and attempt to flog the business or attract more capital. They announced they are hiring 237 people but haven't hired even 5% of that number. They still operate out of a back room of Invest NI offices. They call Man United a client - but Man United never used their product. They got the US federation partnership and called it a landmark "$1b deal". There is a lot of smoke and mirrors and am confident the business model is not viable. They have almost starved themselves of capital and there is no R&D. They have one guy working from home in Sydney - who is there for support. That's about it in terms of their "international expansion"....

Catapult on the other hand recorded revenue growth in excess of 30%, they have $27m of cash and are guiding potentially being FCF positive next year. Catapult is heading towards becoming a $100m revenue company and is structurally in a much better competitive position. They offer a superior product, a wider suite of monitoring devices and also can cross sell the video platform.
