When you pay back the bank the loan you may own this house. Thats how a loan works !
ELF lent option holders the money and let them pay it off and like banks charged them interest and fees. I understood I was getting a 30% discount so I paid mine out. Maybe I should have line wiped .005 and .006 on this one instead ??? Im interested in AUL as I love Gold but IMO AUL is far to low on cash and the shares are .004 from worthless with no cash
