to me, that is a hallmark of churn
in this case, perhaps total control of a stock
wouldn't surprise me if there was only one significant buyer and one significant seller (disguised through various entities and brokers) and that they are both the same.
centro's assets are fantastic, there is no doubt about that.
i am just concerned that we may be looking at a devious form of asset stripping.
the fundamentals appear to be good and the business is thriving, so i think it is essentially a waste of time looking into the company fundamentals and associated gobbeldegook to find out what is really happening with centro.
that will probably not be disclosed.
why is it being suppressed?
apparantly the company was rejecting offers for a takeover at much higher prices.
they must have known that class action was likley, so why not accept them? I am no expert, but reason tells me that a compay would be harder to sell if it has a legal suit against it.
can't anyone else here see that the current share price is a flaming joke?
