I believe we are on the earlier phase. Once positive 2P upgrade become available this will get media attention and more people will jump in. The share price been holding up well above 18c from 8c which i believe is positive and we can see an uptrend from here.
If market see the last announcement as bad announcement, this could easily dropped to low teens by now.
