just a couple of points
sas tested the pearls ...the diamonds were used to test the tech...saying the pearls are untested is a disingenuous squabble over the name.
once again in your calcs you leave out any revenue generating from the pearls..in the reply to the asx which clearly you didnt read they gave a conservative figure of between 12 mill and whatever...you need to figure that
you also forget that their tech is world first and unique 
not only that but in testing the pearls they would have accessed the tech required to run the constellation...
added to that id suggest you need to factor in improvement in tech which will dramatically reduce costs...recently rocket lab launch its rocket for 5 mill...i think it has approval for a launch every 72hours for the next umpteen year....the world is changing rapidly.
as outlined in section 7 of the prospectus sas know the challenges of getting the constellation up...the expertise and experience of management would suggest they can get it done
