Hmmm. I'm confused about why I should be excited about the brick second leaf solving building code problems.
If the whole house requires an external face brick leaf veneer, havent we now reduced the HX to merely replacing the timber frame in a brick veneer house?
To me, the brick second leaf wall that was being manually built would only be done sparingly and for feature walls just for looks.
