I would imagine some announcement in the coming 1-3 weeks regarding personnel change, review outcome and maybe lease arbitration result.
I am not hopeful about the lease arbitration. In hindsight, the vendor might have plotted this long time ago. It is his territory and he has built political network over decades. The arbitration center is cash strapped and likely to be susceptible to political pressure and monetary incentive.
