This is why I said the only party I feel for in these situations is the shareholder..and why responsibility to shareholders extends to being responsible to your customers..because of laws in place, break that responsibilities extension and this is what happens - and you fail in your responsibility to your shareholders..

Doesn't change anything I have said. I am for responsible lending, and but unlike you I also believe in personal responsibility!
