It's simple DM is showing his cards, this is the way we stay afloat for the time being and hold the SP steady.

Conspiracy I'm not saying that at all he is showing his cards.

My theory is a few deals fell off the cliff while talking sheet on Twitter and that's when the convo started.

I still also think he has a few deals still in play later in the year so needs to survive until then. I think these deals may happen.

If the LIFX deal didn't happen SP could be at 2c to 3c and DM would be dead. Very serious that would've been for him. We are 6c because of LIFX so saying 3c without LIFX isn't silly.

Also company direction and future would be at zero.

So what I'm saying it is a cover up as such but a business decision as well. He is holding the SP steady at 6c and keeping the SH at bay by giving hope.

I would do the same and he did it with OHM in the first place when things fell apart.

To me this is the most likely outcome, you watch OHM sales will be poor again and covered with LIFX acquisition material, all IMO.
