Even if they do negotiate a higher percentage it will come at a cost that can only be paid for with more debt or shares. Maybe down the track a ways. It's probably not something that could be financed right now. A higher percentage ownership would unlikely see joint venture distributions be paid out any quicker. That is something that needs to be fixed regardless of percentage. It needs to be more often than once every 14 months or so.
