Hey guys, l find this discussion quite interesting. Instead of carrying on like wounded bulls why don't you come up with some probing questions about the remuneration policy and ask the head of the commitee at the next AGM? I have questions but l am new to this and not wanting to appear naive so we will see what you all think.

(1) Is there a realistic point where more 'skin in the game' becomes no longer an incentive or reward? e.g. Having to pay much taxes to consider it to be a beneficial incentive.

(2) Is there another reward that can be included in the policy that will have greater benefit to the company in terms of reputation. ie. I don't mean personalised statues at front of company headquarters.

(3) Why are Earnst and Young consulted to advise the committee and if they are good advisors, can they suggested other forms of reward? eg. A top 100 list of executives passing on benefits to an underpriveleged group. eg. Installing a solar power plant for local community to reduce expenses.
