The main hurdle presented to EMP is the upcoming meeting. But after number crunching, it is easy to say that Carl and co will likely end up winning the election. Approx 47% in support and 20% against, with the remaining 33% unaccounted for (little shareholders like most of us here). As others have said numerous times, it is important to emphasise that those "unaccounted" shares vote, and vote in the right direction.

With my bet on Carl and co winning the election, I am at peace that it should be easy money after the meeting.

Listed companies require shareholder approval in respect of:
- Significant changes to the nature and scale of the company's activities
- Changes to the company's main undertaking
- The disposal of a substantial asset to a related party of the company, a substantial holder of securities in the company, or an associate of any of the preceding parties
- The issue of equity securities to related parties

Once Carl is in power, no more time shall be wasted on Moama, Judith shall progress, and big money in multiples of the current MC shall be made.
