i believe the gomspace contract has various elements of costs, preliminary design milestones, criticism design review milestones, construction payments based on % of completion method. It's almost a sure bet that they haven't paid anything towards the construction costs to 30 June 2018 as CDR wasn't completed yet.

Kemperman is correct, I don't think SAS have paid anything for construction yet.
