Ann: New High Grade Discovery at Penny West, page-48

The biggest point of that summary is lack of outcrop of any HG mineralisation, and it sounds like there is not a large secondary/oxidation front at Peny west?? that often occurs in WA above the orebody and which auger and RAB drilling uses to detect the buried primary deposit. SPX appear to have at least 3km strike to the north from the pit but only 800m to the south.

Also it does not appear to be on the main Youanmi shear which i think is positive.

Indications were that this mineralisation was free milling as distinct from Youanmi that became refractory with depth. Also there is no known carbonaceous or graphitic material/units in and around Penny west??, which if true confirms both IP will be very useful and less chance of any refractory metallurgy.

It is likely the first 2 other holes that are shallow will not return any sig results. This is an RC program so that does not take too long if all goes well so i am really only concerned atm with the three additional holes surronding the good intersection.

PS i would also put one hole south of the pit at the same RL as SPWRC002 whilst i have a rig out there - just in case!!!
