5 mill isn't enough to get cascavel right
that may or may not be true
depends on the grades in the mine and the tons mined
as far as I'm wildly guessing its getting better as they work through level 7 towards the intermediate zone which is where the fun really starts

but IF a JV cascavel occurs the amount anglo will contribute to earn in is in addition to the 5 mil raise and will be more enough along with their expertise to get it running properly
