Further to my note in this Forum, I am extremely glad to notify everyone, that it has now made it to the top headline if you Google: SGF offer for ECX - and open the first article headline: SGF offer is far more superior . . .
I intend to forward the letter of complaint to the ASX tomorrow and also notify the major shareholders of ECX which are BT Investment Management Limited, Yarra Funds Management Limited and Australian Super. My strong belief is that the directors will not just ignore us and will take some action regarding the SGF offer so as to prevent the ECX share prices to continue to languish.
