Article today in the Oz says that the Chinese Port Hold-ups might be a scam to get out of Coal Contracts due to Force Majeure. If that is true - China inc is turning into a cash up front customer. Wouldn't surprise me at all.
It would surprise me if China really planned to burn their own crap coal however - that would be desperate, and not very funny for the population.
