The independent valuers report appears to value AVD at about a quarter of what it was valued at about a year ago.
The company has too much debt and didn't have enough substance behind it when it floated. The directors got too many shares for free.
The only people who will take up the rights issue are the directors and lasseter.
No wonder the sp is where it is.
