    Apples,

The level of information you get depends on how you approach it. They are obviously wanting to get the best price for each property so I would have thought they are keen to speak to anyone who shows credible interest.

The QLD property was splashed all over the AFR previously and details of one of the SA properties, which I suspect has already gone, is widely known in Adelaide circles. If one researches the Sydney shopping centre market, you don't have to go too far to find details there either.

Even if one can't get specific details on Centro property, ringing around would prove that centres are attracting a lot of demand and continue to command high prices. At the 1/2yr presentation, Graham Terry said that Centro properties "are in high demand" and they could "sell them within a week". This appears to still be the case.

I agree with you 100% that we need to wait for official confirmation and I suspect this is the point that the SP will start to move.

Meanwhile though, I guess I like to just piece things together and research where possible. If I just based my opinions on what I read in the press or online, I would have to dispose of all sharp objects around the office as a precautionary measure against self-harm.
