@lordearl I suspect you've misinterpreted this from page 11 of the Redflow1H19 Results, 26th February 2019 update;
"Ongoing dialogue with local governments and industry bodies around participation in state battery programs"
The program qualification were biased to lithium based installations, at least in South Australia I think that was the case.
