ZFX is cashed up with $mega & with its merger partner OXR is looking for as yet un-named takeover targets. I wonder what comes to the mind of OXR's Owen Hegarty [OH] & ZFX's Andrew Michelmore [AM] when they think about takeover targets: . High quality but under-developed assets [copper, gold, etc] . Companies unable to adequately fund identified projects . Growth potential - near, short & long term . Depressed SP . Minimal debt . Questionable mgt easily replaced => takeover synergies
IMHO TMR now qualifies as a takeover target [I also hold OXR & ZFX].
