Yes, interesting, you can appreciate why politicans can never get a clear understanding of it too.
A conversation at the Innamicka pub eluded to a delay in some critical bits to put it all together. Not 100% sure, you know what bar talk is like. That's why I think they are just holding off on any more announcements until it is known.
Won't change anything though, it's a stunning project.
