What valuation method are you using to get $5? that's a pretty hefty growth factor that you would be using. Margins are razor thin and they would need to be shifting a massive amount of volume to be meeting that growth you're predicting. Currently trading a at a premium to it's earnings, maybe investors are worried that Kogan's growth is slowing down, which seems to be the main market trend with a lot of companies reporting slower growth.
Have to take into the wealth effect of housing prices on consumer goods. Post christmas is always slow for these types of companies, just depends if their mobile/NBN insurance etc offerings are really taking off, or if they've sunk too much into a failing product.
See what happens when we see next sales announcement.
Still a good gamble though at these prices, but all IMO
Not trying to downramp as I obviously want the stock to go up! But have to be cautious for people who want to get in - need to be thinking very long term investment horizon
