Re KDR Chart, page-5890

I think in 5 to 10 years time it will be going gangbusters, but I will be in the ground in 10years time.
My memory was jolted by a memory of a conversation I had with the CEO of the Millbrook vehicle testing Company in 2016 and we were in deep discussion (with red wine in hands) about EVs and though having tested many of them and was impressed with some, he was more critical of the support mechanisms ie recharging stations in the streets. He said that at night in several test streets, the loading to recharge 20 cars per street was too much for the power grid.
So while I believe that Lithium batteries etc is fantastic, we or city planners need to think about the infrastructure and will our "green " power stations be able to sustain them?
