This is a great entry point if the companies intention is to stave off administration and/or not hand over another massive portion of the company to the new owners. If that is their intention then no entry point is good
Lets see if WP has a believable plan to do this.
Any effective CR at this point effectively hands over at least another 30-40%
What are the estimates of capital to see this through to self funding. Look at expenditure, revenue and do the maths.
