1. You and me are going around in circles on this one. All I am saying is spending time in the UK has nothing to do with being on the board or not. Someone in UK is very valuable on the board of a company like this.

The only thing I can find in Dyer's resume

3. I don't think either you or me can tell if the case has merit. You say the case has no merit at all but provide no backup for this. I say I don't know anything except its reported that he says he's suing and I think this will have implications when he does.
