As the controlling shareholder, Prime will want to focus on those elements of the destra stable that are most closely aligned to their own business and which they understand..visual entertainment and advertising.
The Video division and Brand New Media fit the bill from a synergistic point-of-view but not necessarily Music.
Makes sense to me.
