Easy there Rishy. We have never really been near $10. The highest NXT has ever been is $8.19 if I recall correctly. Regarding us becoming profitable, time is the key factor here. Some are saying we are missing timelines with S2 being late for completion. Maybe so. Management have been dealing with a few hurdles however during the build. E.g. 360 capital, purchasing new properties for phase 3 etc. I think they are right on target. Still have a rather large undrawn debt facility at our disposal. Every report I have read over the last 2 to 3 years are saying this trend has a decade ahead of it. Not sure how anyone could be bearish on this stock tbh. But that’s how the markets work. If we were all bulls no one would ever sell. Gltah. It’s only just begun
