Pittyoo.... I think you need to read it again.
The point was, all UOG assets are now valued at $5M. i.e. Market cap - Cash - Assets = $5M.
$5M is pretty cheap for a "potential" 5 Billion Barrels. Plus you get all the other assets like Iron Ore.
And yes, it is a spec.... just like CTP is a spec...
