I am disappointed because it doesn't smell right.

But I will try to look at it from the CDS directors' point of view.

What can they do when they have been possibly outfoxed by Tiger Coal?

They will know that Tiger Coal has only just applied for the tenements but they realise that they have stolen a march on them (if not a whole trip). In fact they are looking pretty damn stupid and unprofessional.

But the fact remains, do they want the tenements before Tiger Coal offers them to others.

You would think that they would have appointed a geologist to do some work on Tasmania tenements themselves. Surely that wouldn't have been that difficult.
