Sorry ACM1, the quarterly shows that there are 71,734,253 shares on issue with 23,824,253 of those quoted. There are also 44,367,126 options currently in the money. Technically, fully diluted CES has 116,101,379 shares on issue, or a market cap of $24.4 million, allbeit with an extra $8.9 mill in cash from the exercise of the options.

It appears the promoters or founders of the stock received 47.91 million shares for the original assets.

Still cheap in terms of coal stocks, but not as cheap as it appears.
